We have been always been warned that smokers are liable to die young, we see and hear them every day from tv advert, billboards and so on. Most times the damage starts with little or no effect and then it become a huge problem.

Smoking has a higher risk of damaging the brain and other body parts which make the body prone to stroke, Blurred vision, Blood clot and much more. Persistent smoking can lead to several issues which are.



1. THE EYES.
When u tend to smoke over time u start getting blurred vision and start developing cataracts if you keep the habit of smoking.

2. YOUR GUMS GET AFFECTED.
 When you smoke you are prone to Bad Breath, Pains and Tenderness of the gums, Bleeding gums, also tooth loss and much more gum disease.

3.YOUR JOINTS ALSO GET AFFECTED.
When you smoke you are likely to have what is called arthritis as well as inflammation and pains in the joints.

4.YOUR S3@.X:: ORGANS GET AFFECTED.
 The female smoker is more likely to get cervical cancer while for the male smoker are more likely to get or suffer from erectile dysfunction, Testicular cancer and so on.
5.THE SKIN.
When you smoke (Male or Female) excessively or not it make the skin age. It damages the skin because it speeds up the aging process putting a strain on it and usually can never be reversed and it could be lead to skin cancer.
