Hello everyone, welcome to my blog. Today i would like to share a tips about leftover 🍞 breads. Bread has a wide range of uses: it could be a main dish, an appetizer or as a garnished meal. Often times, we have a few leftover pieces of bread in the refrigerator without knowing what to do with them. So, why not get creative by making a delicious meal from the left over bread at home or in your refrigerator.
LEFTOVER BREAD AND CHEESE PATTIES
Ingredients
3 slices of leftover bread, crumbled
1/2 cup cheese, feta or goat cheese
1 egg
2 spring onions minced
A bunch of parsley, minced
A pinch of black pepper
Corn oil to fry
METHOD OF COOKING:
Beat the egg in a bowl, then add black pepper and fluff up then crush the cheese and then add it into the bowl. Add minced parsley and spring onions. Add the crumbled leftover bread, stir well with a wooden spoon or which ever spoon u have. Now, get your corn oil heated up and place a spoonful of mixture in frying pan. You can fry as many as possible at a time until you get that golden look and then you place on paper towel to drain the excess oil. You can then serve your family or friends with a warm glass of juice.
